CBC’s newest donor center in Lee’s Summit, MO celebrated its grand opening today!

The Lee’s Summit donor center, located at 1551 NE Douglas Street, is CBC’s eighth fixed site. It features a spacious, modern look with 11 donor beds, an enhanced canteen experience, accessible phone chargers, and patient stories featured throughout the building. 

CBC and NYBCe team members were joined by community leaders from across Lee’s Summit, including Lee’s Summit Mayor Pro Tem Beto Lopez, Jackson County 3rd District-at-Large Legislator Megan Marshall and Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce President Matt Baird. 

Additionally, CBC was joined by several Lee’s Summit area blood drive partners, including Central Bank of the Midwest, Holy Spirit Catholic Church and Journey Church International.
